The developer of New Metro City Gujar Khan, Bilal Steel Mills (BSM), announced the payment plan for residential plots.
According to the official updates, the payment plan has been announced for four types of plots. These include 5, 7, 10 marla, and 1 Kanal plots. These plots are available at pre-launch rates, and the installments would have to be paid within two years. According to the official sources, the payment plan for commercial plots will be announced soon.
The total price for each type of plot is given as follows.
05 marla for 1,990,000
07 marla for 2,790,000
10 marla for 3,790,000
01 Kanal for 6,990,000
There is an installment plan available to the investors so they can afford it easily. The affordability, accessible location, features, and facilities make it a worthy investment. So, those who are interested can benefit from the pre-launch payment plan.
